| BEST PRACTICE IN TALENT DEVELOPMENTThe best practice award honors an organization with one or more ATD Houston members that has implemented a best practice within the last 24 months that significantly improved their L&D organization’s ability to perform one or more of the following: Produce quality products more quickly. Distribute learning throughout the organization. Measure and report the impact of learning to managers and executives. Winner: Davis Development - Monday Morning Challenge |
