The Pinnacle Awards by ATD Houston is a prestigious annual event that celebrates outstanding achievements in learning and talent development within the Houston area.

This recognition program highlights and honors the remarkable work of organizations and their dedicated teams as well as individuals who have demonstrated excellence in training, employee development, and performance enhancement.

The awards encompass various categories, showcasing innovation, creativity, and impact in the field of talent development.

By acknowledging and promoting these accomplishments, the Pinnacle Awards inspire and motivate organizations to continually strive for excellence in nurturing their workforce. This event not only fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement but also serves as a platform for networking and sharing best practices within the learning and talent development community in Houston

Award Application

HOW TO RECEIVE A PINNACLE AWARD

  • You have to apply!  
  • Fill out an application to showcase your work and share your successes.  There are numerous different award categories to cover all areas of talent development.
  • Detail your approach, the impact, and available metrics in your application.  We want to know what you did and the results that came from your efforts.

IMPORTANT DATES

  • Accepting applications through November 8, 2024.
  • Recipients will be notified by November 22, 2024
  • The awards celebration will be during ATD Employee Learning Week (December 2-6,2024). More details to come!

Great Consultant

The great consultant award honors an ATD Houston member who has created a magnificent experience for a client that has been completed within the last 24 months.

Innovation in Talent Development

The Innovation in Talent Development award is given to an organization with one or more ATD Houston members that has implemented an innovation within the last 24 months that furthered the capability of the talent development organization.

Best Practice in Talent Development

The best practice award honors an organization with one or more ATD Houston members that has implemented a best practice within the last 24 months that significantly improved their L&D organization’s ability to perform one or more of the following:

·        Produce quality products more quickly.

·        Distribute learning throughout the organization.

·        Measure and report the impact of learning to managers and executives.

Outstanding Organizational Impact

The Outstanding Organizational Impact Award is given to an organization with one or more ATD Houston members that created an organizational impact within the last 24 months that is worth bragging about to the world, or at least their friends in ATD Houston.
