Her expertise in applied improvisation has significantly enhanced collaboration and innovation in various sectors, equipping professionals with essential skills for success.

Since becoming an instructor at Station Theater in 2014, Jessica has passionately developed her improvisation skills, which she first began exploring in 2009 through training at multiple improv theaters. Her commitment to the craft is matched by a strong background in marketing and sales within the tourism and hospitality industries, with notable roles at Visit Austin, Texas Tourism, and Landry's National Tour & Travel Sales. With multiple certifications—including Texas Destination Marketer and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace—Jessica seamlessly merges her love for comedy with a deep understanding of team dynamics and customer service, establishing herself as a versatile and impactful leader in her field.

Roger Anderson is a co-founder of Station Theater. Alongside Jessica Brown, he helped launch the Station Theater Improv Conservatory and pioneered the Creative Communications and Applied Improv program. Over a decade, Station's Applied Improv program has flourished into a leading institution, delivering unique teambuilding events and applied improv services that have significantly impacted companies in Houston and beyond. Roger brings a robust marketing background, holding a Bachelor's from Sam Houston State University and credentials from LA's Upright Citizens Brigade and Austin-based improv programs. As a business director and senior faculty member, Roger applies his expertise to teach, inspire, and nurture creative growth, guiding students from foundational skills to advanced improvisational forms.

Roger’s influence extends far beyond the classroom and boardroom. Through roles as artistic director, marketing strategist, event promoter, performer, coach, and contest judge, he has helped shape Station Theater into a prominent Houston institution, attracting weekly audiences of 300 and staging over 1,000 shows. Collaborating with Jessica and Station’s teambuilding team, Roger has also led workshops for prominent corporations, blending his strengths in professional communication, idea generation, and creative marketing.
