Let’s be honest. Most leadership training still teaches people to perform, not connect. In today’s workplace, teams don’t need superheroes. They need leaders who are honest, present, and human. In this highly interactive session, we’ll unpack the myth of superhero leadership and explore how vulnerability builds psychological safety, strengthens trust, and improves performance.

Participants will work through real-life scenarios, challenge outdated leadership habits, and leave with tools they can use the moment they return to work. If you’ve ever felt like you had to “have it all together” to be seen as credible, this session will give you a new way forward. You’ll walk out lighter, sharper, and ready to lead with more clarity and impact.

This session is built for real-time application and reflection, not passive listening. The energy is informal, direct, and honest. This is a space where people are encouraged to speak freely, laugh a little, and rethink the way they lead. No slides full of theory. Just tools, moments of clarity, and conversations that stick.

Attendees will:

  • Participate in short breakout discussions with peers to reflect on leadership habits and team dynamics
  • Walk through practical leadership scenarios in pairs and small groups
  • Practice vulnerable leadership behaviors using realistic workplace examples
  • Respond to thought-provoking prompts that challenge the “fix everything” mindset
  • Complete a personal reflection exercise designed to spark immediate behavior change
  • Receive a takeaway toolkit with language swaps, behavior reminders, and a 30-day leadership micro-commitment challenge
