The return-to-work topic remains at the forefront of business operation and planning. As leaders and their teams prepare to transition towards what is next, one consideration is critical... when team circumstances change, team dynamics change. These types of changes can affect communication, cooperation, and productivity of a team, especially those with diverse skillsets and levels of experience.

Whether operating in remote, co-located, or hybrid teams, talent development leaders and professionals must embrace the transition and leverage tried and true or newly discovered ways of working to achieve team results. This session will focus on essentials of team effectiveness in the context of transition and change and explore success story examples for aligning people and tasks to support the organization’s strategy, whether in remote, co-located, or hybrid teams.

LEARNER OBJECTIVES

In this session, participants will:

-Identify the characteristics of a high performing team
-Discuss advantages of teamwork and cooperation in the midst of disruption and change
-Hear success story examples related to managing remote teams with diverse skillsets
