GENERAL MEETING - WHAT’S NEW? MOVING TO HYBRID MEETINGS

For the past year, many of us have been glued to our screens – trying to make the best of virtual meetings. We’ve had to scramble to come up with new solutions to make training and meetings more engaging in a virtual world. Now as we migrate to hybrid meetings, how do we keep meetings more collaborative and engaging? Hybrid meetings integrate technology with traditional event practices to create new types of attendee experiences and content delivery tools. Join us as we explore the possibilities and "how to" of successful hybrid events.

LEARNER OBJECTIVES

In this session, participants will:

  • Explore the definition and purpose of an emerging event type, "the hybrid event"
  • Identify essential technologies used to create new types of "hybrid" learning and meeting experiences
  • Discover updates to popular meeting software along with technology and tools that will help you transition to a hybrid format
