The learning objective and action for Creative Collaboration is to teach leaders and teams to view “problems” through their customers’ eyes so they can develop solutions faster that meet these needs better. As trainers and facilitators, we can immediately apply Design Thinking tools to improve our team collaboration and to enhance creativity in driving toward the most efficient solutions. And, Design Thinking tools are interactive and fun!

Learner Objectives:

1. Learn a simple Design Thinking model.
2. Identify several Design Thinking techniques.
3. Apply at least one Design Thinking tool to enhance team collaboration.
