Topic:  As a speaker, trainer, or coach, you may have spent years developing your expertise in your discipline. However, have you considered you might better serve your clients or employer by exploring other options for developing talent?

Every organization has a compelling business reason to develop their talent and the process of talent development is all about change. To help make that change, organizations need the help of speakers and trainers to inform and motivate. To sustain that change long term, many invest in coaching to develop their talent—especially those identified as high potentials.

Three organizations – Association for Talent Development (ATD), National Speakers Association (NSA), and International Coaching Federation (ICF), all focused on the development of human talent, have come together to share insights and opinions on the value of training, speaking, and coaching as means to impact those we are privileged to serve.

In this fast-paced and interactive session, you’ll hear from leading experts in each of these disciplines who will share their experiences and explore the intersection of talent development, speaking, coaching, and training. Whether you’re an internal practitioner or run your own business or practice, you’ll walk away with a new perspective on these three disciplines and ideas for using each of them to make the most of your talent development efforts for your company or clients.

ATD Competency Model - Area of Expertise This Session Supports:  Performance Improvement, Integrated Talent Management, Coaching, Change Management
