The basic elements of crafting messages and effective communication and teaching are often sidelined for many reasons. Returning to the basics however, will impact your training sessions and increase the retention and application by your audience (students).   • To identify fundamental communication tools to engage and keep the Audience’s Attention beyond the classroom.
  • To learn how to discern your audience’s motivations and responses before they tell you.
  • To apply key communication tools to create impact and long-term retention of your training material and goals.

Speaker:  Lia Mote is a Speaking Coach for Speakers, Authors and Business Professionals looking to grow their business or visibility through speaking. She holds degrees in Public Speaking and Dramatic Production and has over 23 years of professional experience using her skills in Higher Education, Financial Services, Advertising, Marketing, Commercial Real
Estate and Political Communication Strategy. Lia immigrated to the US from Athens, Greece in 1969.
