As Chief Learning and Talent Officer at Noble Corporation, a global energy services company, he accelerated performance by creating a state-of-the-art immersive simulation learning center and standardizing competencies globally, helping the company enhance process safety, while reducing operating costs and increasing efficiency. The simulation center became a resource and benchmark for energy industry companies world-wide. Prior to Noble, Bob was Director of the Human Capital and Supply Chain Management Practices for RGP. He started his career with the American Productivity & Quality Center.
