About Me
We provide strategic consulting solutions and business services to organizations based on a “people” focused approach, working closely with small to medium sized companies as a trusted strategic partner to navigate the transitions involved in change, guiding leaders and teams through challenges like start up operations, growth and changing market conditions, succession planning, and exiting the business – all of which have a critical people element.

As experts in organizational development we provide a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach using a variety of strategic and behavioral tools. After reviewing the business process, workflow, culture and talent, we identify the obstacles and gaps in the employee life cycle and provide a range of “smart” solutions generating measurable results.

We create a solid foundation for your people practices, set your workforce plan to align with your strategic business plan, and provide "on call" services to meet ongoing needs. We work with your existing team to effectively deliver project objectives. In situations where a dedicated leader is needed for your people function, we will assist you with establishing the appropriate functional organizational structure, write the job specifications and recruit the appropriate candidate, assisting this person to onboard effectively.

We also provide leadership, performance and career coaching for individuals on a private basis. We use The Birkman Method™ in one-on-one coaching and to facilitate leadership development and team building workshops. We have specific training programs focused on leadership, career development and wellness.

Our client service team is comprised of a network of highly qualified professionals with diverse backgrounds. From HR specialists and generalists to certified professional coaches, we focus on deploying the right people to deliver results specific to your needs.
