Job searching is hard enough - doing it while burned out makes it feel impossible. In this energizing session, career and leadership coach Amber Jackson will guide you through how to burnout-proof your job search so you can stay grounded, focused, and clear on your next move.

You’ll learn how to identify early signs of burnout, build a personalized job search self-care plan to protect your energy, and create a clear search strategy that helps you make aligned decisions with confidence.

Whether you’re actively looking or just starting to think about what’s next, this session will help you lead your search from a place of resourced power.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to: 1) Recognize the signs and stages of burnout that commonly show up during a job search. 2) Create a personal self-care plan to manage energy and avoid burnout throughout the search process. 3) Define a focused job search strategy that reduces overwhelm and supports confident, aligned decision-making.
