What Hat Would You Wear? Shift the Conversation towards Success

Join ICF Houston and ATD Houston for an engaging, interactive workshop exploring the powerful synergy between Talent Development and Coaching professionals. This session will delve into how these two vital roles complement each other to foster individual and organizational growth.

We'll begin by examining the distinct yet interconnected roles of Talent Development and Coaching professionals, highlighting their individual contributions to performance and career progression.

The heart of the workshop will be dynamic role-playing scenarios, where participants will tackle real-world situations, including inclusion challenges, career transitions, promotion discussions, navigating change management, addressing imposter syndrome, and more. These scenarios will provide practical strategies for effective communication and collaborative problem-solving.

We'll then explore concrete techniques for Talent Development professionals to integrate coaching methodologies into their work, and discuss strategies for coaches to align their approaches with overarching organizational talent management goals.

The session will conclude with an interactive Q&A, providing a valuable opportunity for participants to ask questions, share experiences, and receive personalized insights and advice from our facilitators.

This is a unique opportunity for members of both ICF Houston and ATD Houston to connect, collaborate, and discover new ways to leverage the combined power of talent development and coaching. Don't miss this chance to enhance your skills and expand your professional network!
