Andrew Federici, VP of Marketing, Smartcat
Andrew J. Federici serves as VP of marketing for Smartcat and has over 15 years of experience in creating and accelerating global brands. Andrew led Meta’s new advertiser acquisition during a period of hyper-growth, when company revenues grew from $40B to $70B. He was also part of four venture-backed exits totaling $1B+ including AskJeeves (IAC), YouSendIt (OTEX), Scoop-it (MWTR) & Koble (COUP). Andrew is the winner of three Webby Awards and a Peabody Award for his work at AOL & MTV.
Suzanne Frawley, CPTD, SHRM-SCP
Suzanne brings 20+ years of experience in Talent/Learning/Leadership/HR. She is currently the Director of Talent Management for JB Poindexter & Co., a privately owned automotive transportation company with 9,000 employees and $2.5B in revenue. Previous roles include VP, Human Resources, Director roles in Talent Management, Learning & Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, and HR Business Partnering for Fortune 500 companies and the largest privately owned pharmaceutical company.
Some key accomplishments include creating and implementing global talent and learning strategies, leadership development curriculum, performance management process, succession planning practices, and engagement.
Suzanne holds a B.S. in Biology from Wright State University and several professional certifications, including Certified Professional in Talent Development, Senior Certified Professional from SHRM, Organizational Development, and Neurolinguistic Programming.
