GIG Memorial: Navigating Change With Confidence… A Practical Guide To Understanding Change and Transition

Join us at our Geographic Interest Group (GIG) lunch meeting at the Memorial area!

Change is an inevitable part of any organization’s growth and development. Whether it’s a shift in technology, a reorganization, or a new strategic direction, effective change management is crucial for ensuring that transitions are smooth and productive.

In this session, you will learn how to effectively think about change in a way that disrupts the status quo and walk away with actionable techniques to use immediately.

The primary objective of this session is to ensure that non-practitioners of Change Management:

* understand the rationale behind change

* recognize their role in the process

* comprehend the difference between change and transition

* are prepared to support and embrace the new direction.

Join us at 11:30-12pm at the Private Room and support our venue by ordering lunch and networking with your peers.Talk will start at 12pm.No outside food and drink allowed. https://www.saltgrass.com/location/saltgrass-houston-katy-freeway/
