Pamela Fleming, Change Navigators
Pamela is the Founder & CEO of Change Navigators; a boutique change management consulting firm. With 20 years’ experience executing change in large multi-national organizations, she has also traveled globally speaking about the foundations of transitioning through change and delivering various Change Management Workshops; practitioner and non-practitioner. Pam has deep experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Healthcare. Prior to starting her firm, Pamela was the Associate Vice President of the Transformational Change Office at Memorial Hermann Health System, a 30k employee system, where she was responsible for building their Change Enablement Office and Change CoP.
Pamela holds a Bachelors, Information Systems, and two Masters, Organizational Development and Public Administration, all from Louisiana State University. She is also a US Army Veteran and lives in Houston, Texas with her husband of 25 years.
