Join us at our Geographic Interest Group (GIG) lunch meeting at The Woodlands area! Order at the counter and join us in the Private Room between 11:30am-12:00pm. Event will start at 12pm. No outside food and drinks allowed.

We will discuss the essential skills needed to effectively communicate and sell your training ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.

Through an interactive session with discussion and a practical exercise, you'll gain insights into crafting persuasive proposals that highlight the value and impact of your training initiatives. We will also explore common objections to training proposals and how to overcome them.

Whether you're aiming to influence decision-makers within your organization or seeking to convince external stakeholders, this workshop will empower you to confidently navigate the process of selling your training proposals with finesse and success.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

David Davis, President and Owner of Romar Learning Solutions

David started his career at the Parke-Davis as a pharmaceutical sales representative in 1983. During his 18-year career with Parke-Davis, he held positions in sales, sales management, human resources, and training and development, including Director of Management and Leadership Development and Director of Sales Training.

In 1999, David left Parke-Davis to join LearnWare, an e-Learning solution provider. When LearnWare evolved into AcceleraRomar, in January 2002, David transferred to the Romar group, as Managing Director of Consulting. In January 2008, David became President and owner of Romar Learning Solutions, where he now leads a team of talented learning professionals.
