ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dolon Gundoju is the Executive Leadership Development Consultant/Coach and President of DB Coaching & Consulting: EmpowerU. She has worked across- industries in corporate America for over 25 years with Fortune 500 companies. Dolon was involved in various global talent development roles. Her areas of expertise: off-site and board retreat facilitation, coaching, mentoring, change management, team effectiveness, leadership development, and performance management.
For the past 20 years, she has had the opportunity to coach diverse senior leaders to individual contributors at Fortune 500 companies and small-medium size businesses and organizations. She also worked as a business process consultant at a global IT consulting firm and as Vice-President of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at a tech start-up.
Dolon received her BBA-Finance from University of Texas at Austin and her MA-Business Education from New York University with a minor in Intercultural Communication.
