Dr. Joanna Wiesinger is the founder and CEO of Thrive with Strengths. Her consulting firm helps corporate teams and businesses thrive, contribute, and team better by leveraging their strengths.

She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, a "recovering" Ph.D. chemist, and a TEDx speaker. When not working, Joanna's favorite thing is to be JoJo to her grandbaby Sofia and to spot Sofia's "superpowers."
