Be able to discuss your evaluation experiences, or desired experiences in reference to:
- The Kirkpatrick 4-level Evaluation Model
- The Phillips ROI Model
- The Thalheimer LTEM Model
ATD Houston Deep Dives are two-hour open discussion sessions. We’re informal and casual. A facilitator keeps the discussion going by asking questions to promote the generation and evaluation of ideas with the intent of diving deeper into a topic than we’re able to do in other ATD Houston presentations.
In this Deep Dive, Kent Nuttall will lead a journey into the levels of evaluation that show our program has made a difference back on the job, both for the learner and for the organization. We’ll share experiences with Kirkpatrick Levels 3 & 4, Phillips ROI, Thalheimer’s LTEM tiers 7 & 8. We’ll also generate and discuss the reasons behind the low percentage of evaluations performed at these levels and what might increase our ability to evaluate nearly all our programs at these levels.
Participants will:
- Hear and understand multiple viewpoints about program evaluation from the deep dive participants.
- Form and take back to their company at least one new idea for evaluating the impact of their programs on learners and the organization.
