GIG Sugar Land: How to Engage Your Training Team and Build a Team that Implements a Strategy

Come join us in our first ATD Houston Geographic Interest Group (GIG) in Sugar Land hosted by one of our members and led by our Chapter Past President.

Discover how leading your team in performing a high-level analysis of your current program can lead to the development of a 5 Year Vision for the team that helps you develop the long-term strategy for your company. This presentation will discuss a case study performed by an oil and gas company with a widely dispersed training team that implemented a training summit to move the needle on their company.
