It’s that time of year again!. Organizations are reflecting on annual business goals and planning for the year ahead. Talent Development is no different. Teams are busy setting goals and securing the budget to deliver effective training programs that will enable their organizations to reach their business goals. We'll look at the current ATD State of the Industry report. We will also dive into specific trends such as the use of technology in the classroom.

Resources:

During this meeting we will discuss key benchmarks from the report, such as:

  • Direct learning expenditure
  • The average number of training hours employees are using
  • Delivery methods companies are implementing
  • Content areas organizations are focusing on
  • On-the-job learning opportunities employers are providing

Objectives
  • Benchmark your organization’s learning spending, hours, and activities against other participating organizations.
  • Discover what learning delivery methods are being used in the industry, including technology-base methods.
  • Understand what learning content areas organizations are focusing on in their efforts to close skills gaps and meet business needs.
