LEARNER OBJECTIVES

Companies are eager to build workforces that are ready for whatever comes, equipped with the skills and capabilities to meet tomorrow's challenges and help them capitalize on opportunities and overcome obstacles yet unimagined. However, too many organizations do not know how or where to start. The first step is to understand the key characteristics of a future-ready workforce. Steve Lancaster, Managing Director in Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting, will present seven seismic shifts in leadership grounded in research provided by Deloitte on transitioning to a Skills-Based Organization.
