GENERAL MEETING - FROM MANAGER TO LEADER: DEVELOPING THE STRENGTHS YOU NEED TO INSPIRE, ELEVATE, EXPAND AND CREATE CHANGE
Every company needs leaders – those who inspire others, create change in the company, elevate profitability, and expand market share. But few managers understand the unique strengths needed to become such a leader. You’ve been an individual contributor until this point; now, you’ve been elevated to a new role. Suddenly old methods for interactions change. Expectations deepen. How can you develop the new strengths needed to be successful in your new role?
Join us on March 8th, as Marianne Gooch, President of DynaComm, offers us strategies, tools, and techniques to enhance your leadership potential. During the program, you will also participate in a discussion centered around leadership and discover the best practices of other companies.
As an added bonus, you will also participate in a review of C-Suite readiness: How to shape opinion and mobilize teams to deliver new standards.
At the end of the program, you will have an understanding of seven seismic shifts in leadership by exploring the following:
- Review the action logic shifts in leadership
- Identify a leadership style that will help you advance
- Discuss differences in leadership styles and the impact on employees
- Understand the difference between strategic and tactical
- Learn to improve your leadership style to have influence
