The ellipsis is a mark of punctuation indication it's up to the reader or audience to determine the meaning. In Latin, it means "to leave out." When we think about our organization's culture, where are the dot dot dots? Where is the ambiguity?

What does vagueness do to an organization? What are advantages and disadvantages to gray areas? This session explores the transformational power of communicating organizational messages with clarity. The session also shares techniques for clarifying messages verbally.

Learner Objectives:

- Understand the difference between abstract and concrete.

- Identify the advantages and disadvantages of organizational ambiguity.

- Learn to incorporate insignificance.

- Identify and align mixed messages.

- Apply concepts to real situations in the workplace.
