It’s that time of year. Organizations are reflecting on annual business goals and planning for the year ahead. Talent Development is no different. Teams are busy setting goals and securing the budget to deliver effective training programs that will enable their organizations to reach their business goals. In this webinar, we'll look at the ATD State of the Industry report. We will also dive into specific trends such as the use of technology in the classroom. We will also look at L&D employment and pay.

Learner Objectives:

  • Benchmark your organization’s learning spending, hours, and activities against other participating organizations.

  • Discover what learning delivery methods are being used in the industry, including technology-based methods.
  • Understand what learning content areas organizations are focusing on in their efforts to close skills gaps and meet business needs.
