How often do you find yourself spending your work day just responding to emails and doing defensive, urgent tasks as they come up? Do you need dedicated time to tackle that big project you’ve been putting off or just to apply what you've learned this week to really start implementing changes in your work? Join us for a deep focus session facilitated by Jake Kahana from Caveday.

In this workshop, you’ll learn the concept of Deep Work and how to get more done in less time. Bring a project to work on– that thing you’ve been putting off or that thing that needs to get done. Once you leave The Cave, you’ll never work the same way again.

Learner Objectives:

Understand better efficiencies in managing personal productivity and minimizing procrastination
