SIG WEBINAR: Managing Courage through Restoration: A talent leader’s conversation on how to lead with courage to move organizations from recovery to resilience

Webinar Description:

International author, thought leader and executive coach Bill Treasurer notes that courage is often defined as acting despite being afraid. The essential element of this definition is that it is not the absence of fear. In other words, courage is not fearless. It is the opposite. Courage is fearful. It is precisely those times, like right now, when you're facing uncertainties that you are being courageous—provided, of course, that you are moving through your fear.

So how do you know if you are moving through the fear? Are you using this time to learn, grow, and prepare for what lies ahead? Are you increasing your personal and everyday courage?

Learner Objectives:

In this special webinar Bill will share:

  • Why everyday Courage is so essential now.
  • How to execute courageous leadership to build trust and motivation for organization effectiveness and recovery.
  • The Top 3 thing we can do right now — during this crisis to be courageous both now — and in the future.
