WEBINAR: Building Trust and Credibility Through Your Personal Leadership Philosophy

Webinar Description:

People want their leaders to act according to a clear set of principles and to be consistent in their actions. Consistency and predictability create two critical elements that are the foundation of any successful relationship between the leader and the team. To establish trust and credibility, successful talent development leaders take the time to write their Leadership Philosophy and communicate it by living it passionately every day.

Learner Objectives:

The goal of this session is to understand the value and importance of establishing a Leadership Philosophy. Ken will guide participants through the process of creating their own unique Leadership Philosophy profile. Learning and talent development professionals can bring this tool back to their organizations to improve the effectiveness of both themselves and other leaders in their organization.

ATD Capability Model - This session supports Building Personal Capacity from the ATD Capability Model.
