What’s happening in Talent Development for 2020?

It’s that time of year. Organizations are reflecting on annual business goals and planning for the year ahead. Talent Development is no different. Teams are busy setting goals and securing the budget to deliver effective training programs that will enable their organizations to reach their business goals.

Learner Objectives:

For fun we will discuss:

What Garner predicted in 2010 for 2020 Talent Development Trends – and then look at actual predictions for 2020 in talent development.

• What will shape the way we learn, teach, and interact with others in the new year.

• Discuss the new ATD Talent Development Capability Model. The new model underscores how specialized knowledge about how to create, deliver, foster, and measure learning is essential to TD’s ability to boost the potential of our learners and deliver value to the organizations we serve.

To ensure your talent development skills and performance, stay on-trend in the coming months, consider attending this meeting. As a bonus, Debbie will make the session truly interactive with augmented reality interactions. And, in her new role as president of the ATD Houston chapter, she wants to hear from you about your professional development needs for 2020 and how ATD Houston can help.
