Everyone experiences peaks and valleys in the course of a lifetime. Some peaks are heavenly, and some valleys are hell. How you manage those peaks and valleys is what matters in the long run. The decisions you make and the actions you take will determine whether you stay on the peak or dwell in the valley. Are you ready to make good decisions, transform your life from the emotional stress of dramatic peaks to valleys to the more peaceful and fulfilling ebb and flow that can come from knowing and living your purpose?

From Suzan:  In 2001, my whole world turned upside down. During a tragic car accident I lost my dominant arm. I was experiencing so much pain, physically, mentally, emotionally and there were many moments where I wasn't sure if I would make it out of that experience alive. I suddenly reached a turning point and decided I needed to accept my new reality, and most importantly recognize and confront my pain in order to have a chance of being able to move forward.

I needed to be better instead of being bitter. It was the hardest fight of my life, but I did not have another option. This is my story on how I learned to embrace the 'Gradient Shades of Pain' and move to where I am today, currently living my best life.
