Organizations are struggling to move their leaders from the old leadership styles into the authentic leader-coach model that globalization, diversity and a multi-generational workforce are demanding. Emotional skills provide one of the best models for leaders to understand how their brain works and how replacing authoritarian, threatening and directive styles with coaching, empathy, interpersonal relationships will reshape their leadership and develop their teams. Knowing how their brain works and how their collaborator’s brains work, gives them the tools to create and nurture interpersonal relationships that will build high performance teams.

You will take away a deeper understanding of emotional skills and how to apply them for non-threatening conversations, feedforward and coaching. Combining in the right way emotional intelligence assessments, leadership workshops and executive coaching, you can create the most powerful leadership acceleration turning your managers into leaders.

      About the Facilitator

      Guillermo Mendoza accelerates leadership around the globe, turning managers into leaders. Leadership expert, global speaker, author, entrepreneur and executive coach.
