Unemployed? Did you get laid off, let go, or quit your job to find your dream career? We help you cut through the noise and find the right job, not just any job

Underemployed? We help individuals and groups stuck in a career rut break barriers and get to the ideal next step in their career.

Student? We help students maximize their education, build an effective network, and graduate with their dream job.

Speaker Info:  BizLatte is a startup that provides resources to help unemployed and underemployed millennials as well as students, live a purposeful life, build meaningful relationships, and commit to their passions.

Founded in Houston, Texas in 2016 by three friends, Pavi Dinamani, Matt Avery, and Namrata “Nammy” Sirur, we aim to prove to the world that millennials are, in fact, worth betting on. Through our combined years of work experience, life experience, and education, we offer unique insights and a fresh approach to helping others cope with the complexities of a modern workforce.

So how did it all come together? Nammy from The 9to5 MisFits and Matt from Your MBA Purpose happened to meet at a Bauer (University of Houston) Alumni event. Nothing dramatic happened, yet this was the beginning of a friendship. Over the course of a few months, both helped each other and collaborated on their respective ventures. Shortly after, Nammy, Pavi, and Matt met over coffee, of course, and decided to combine forces to become the one-stop shop for professional development. Now as a unified team, BizLatte is set to help professionals with their career advancement needs and to infuse some personality and fun into the process.
