She has a 15 year track record of delivering high-value strategic business results across a broad spectrum of human capital challenges through organization design and strategy, enterprise change management, and leadership development. She leverages her entrepreneurial approach to problem solving, along with strong skills for analytics and communicating insights, to successfully implement people solutions and achieve sustainable tangible results, in varied and complex organization cultures.

Currently, she is leading the Human Capital function at JDRF International, a leading non-profit organization globally.
