Global Change Leadership: The Three Imperatives

Topic: Change leadership is the ability to influence and enthuse others through personal advocacy, vision and drive, and to access resources to build a solid platform for change. Leadership is often viewed as key to successful change. Inherent to these definitions of Change Leadership is a complex interplay of competencies and skills.

There are articles galore and research papers galore on the what and how of building leaders competent at leading change for the modern VUCA world. But what is the starting point? Is there a way to simplify the Change Leadership conversation towards a set of core imperatives that empowers each one of us to think and behave like change leaders?

This highly interactive session will take you on a journey of discovery, to uncover the simple truths that lie at the heart of organizational change, and the core leadership imperatives that cannot be ignored when building and supporting sound leadership development programs.
