Topic:  Join this session to learn how companies use competency-based assessment to drive employee performance and contribute to the bottom line. We will explore online processes for setting up and managing technical competency profiles, tracking personal development plans and the impact of competency-based training on traditional role-based training.

Upon completion of this event, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the organizational drivers for moving to a competency-based training program.
  • Outline the steps to develop a competency-based training program.
  • Organizing competencies and developing roles for delivery.
  • Build a process for managing online personal development plans.

Speaker:  Duncan Welder IV, RISC’s Director of Client services has more than 20 years working with clients domestic and abroad to implement learning management systems with a strong focus meeting the demands of heavily regulated industries.
