Topic:  The terms Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) take on renewed relevance as companies increasingly find value in embracing perspectives from different generations, functions, and thinking styles. The business benefit in fostering inclusive work cultures manifests in: improved team collaboration, product or process innovation, stronger customer relationships, and overall talent attraction, engagement, and retention. In this CTN meeting, understand what inclusive leadership behavior looks like on a global and local scale, and walk away with a practical tool to broaden your perspective in the workplace.

Speaker:  Ashley Coombs is an Inclusion and Diversity facilitator and Global Account Manager with Aperian Global. In her work with Fortune 100 companies, Ashley supports client integration and effectiveness across cultures by consulting on talent development in the areas of global leadership, global teaming, and global mobility. She has spent the last four years partnering with a Fortune 50 energy firm in their global teamwork and culture curriculum, including the design and delivery of a supervisor I&D learning program focused on driving workgroup progress.
