THE FIVE BEHAVIORS OF A COHESIVE TEAM is based on the work of best-selling author Patrick Lencioni and are the essential elements and best practices of truly high performing teams. The model builds from the establishment of vulnerability-based trust, through engaging in healthy conflict around ideas, gaining commitment to team decisions, holding peers accountable and focusing on the achievement of collective versus individual results. It is a simple model which takes work to apply. The payoff can be huge for individuals, the team and the organization. Gain a deeper understanding of how to apply the model with your team mates and co-workers at this meeting.

Learner Objectives:

  • Understand the Five Behaviors model
  • Learn practical applications of the Five Behaviors Best Practices
  • Help your team minimize dysfunctions and produce faster results
  • Have more fun working with team mates
