Description:  Breaking down complex organizational structures and encouraging collaboration across the business disciplines and functions seems a never ending task of OD professionals.  It's a classic "can't see the forest for the trees."  

Dianne will present a simple facilitation tool for encouraging systems thinking and creating a new mental model for understanding the business.

Dianne is an experienced international Human Resources OD leader managing talent programs and launching performance improvement projects for over 15 years in large, multi-national oilfield organizations such as Halliburton, Aker Solutions, and FMC Technologies.  Her projects have included developing talent for new manufacturing and service facilities, optimizing shared services operating units, and solving complex performance improvement challenges within operating units.  Having worked with operational leaders from around the world, Dianne brings a practical problem-solving skill to change/performance initiatives, business capability planning, and global talent management strategies.  

As the HR leader responsible for the on-time startup of two international manufacturing facilities, she focused on developing local workforce capability to meet product quality, customer, and financial objectives.  She’s led initiatives to strengthen operating excellence of HR service teams for energy infrastructure projects in more than 30 countries.  Her hands-on experience brings unique insights and adept communication with highly diverse employee groups.  A recent management development initiative produced not only a 20-point gain in employee engagement but unprecedented improvements in on-time delivery and financial performance.
