Many times learning solutions are implemented without thought of the evaluation step in the process. How do you measure the effectiveness of the learning solution? Utilizing the Kirkpatrick process, David will discuss what an evaluation process can look like, how to manage it, and how to work with stakeholders to show the value of learning solutions.

Learner Objectives:

  • Be able to identify levels of the Kirkpatrick Model
