Session Description:

What a wonderful world it would be if every day we woke up with a song on our lips, joy in our heart, feet that aren’t sore, a back that doesn’t ache as well as the energy to accomplish everything planned.  As leaders in a hustling work environment, as leaders in our homes, as leaders in the social arena, how do we accomplish our commitments without compromising ourselves?

These simple tips will add to your energy level during the day and allow you more time to share your energy with others.

  1. Prioritize your energy – lightning bolts seem random yet they only strike when the element are just right.  Where are your  lightning bolts striking
  2. Market your energy – is your energy “on sale” or is it “free gift with purchase”?  Your energy has intrinsic value, be sure to leverage it correctly.
  3.  Recharge – how do you get others to charge up your energy level?

Too easy, you say?  Join us and add your successful methods of leadership energy.
