About Me
Petroleum System Analyst | Entrepreneur | Speaker

I am a Petroleum Geochemist and Petroleum System Analyst with more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, specializing in petroleum system analysis, charge studies, geochemistry, and basin modeling for both conventional and unconventional plays.

Throughout my career, I have led and integrated multidisciplinary petroleum system studies, combining geochemistry, basin modeling, geology, and geophysics to reduce exploration uncertainty, identify key charge risks, and support high-value technical decisions.

Alongside my technical career, I founded IdentityBrand™, where I help entrepreneurs and organizations transform expertise into scalable businesses, stronger brands, and sustainable growth. This entrepreneurial journey has allowed me to bridge science, strategy, leadership, and human performance.

My work is grounded in more than 15 years of studying Positive Psychology, strengths-based development, emotional intelligence, and organizational behavior. I believe that sustainable business success comes from combining technical excellence with strong leadership, strategic clarity, and human potential.

Over the years, I have worked with more than 5,000 entrepreneurs and professionals across 22+ countries, delivering workshops, keynote speeches, mentoring programs, and strategic consulting in business growth, branding, leadership, and organizational wellbeing.
