About Me
I currently work as a System Access Scheduling Manager, and my background is a mix of clinical operations, patient access, and administrative leadership. I’ve spent the last several years building and leading teams, improving workflows, and helping align operations with clinical priorities—really focusing on making care delivery smoother and more patient-centered.

What I’m really passionate about, though, is developing people. I love coaching, mentoring, and helping teams grow—so I’m now looking to move more intentionally into a training or development role. I see training as such a powerful way to drive engagement and long-term success, especially in healthcare where things are constantly evolving. I want to help create environments where staff feel supported, confident, and set up to succeed."
