About Me

My career over the past 25 years has included opportunities in production/deliverable-based project management and Learning and Development program development. I collaborated with our Sales teams to deliver technical training initiatives to its clients. I am excited for the opportunity to use the skills I have developed which include project management, software implementation management, change management, facilitation, and others.
I have had a successful career in Project and Program Management spanning over my entire career. As a Geophysicist, I led client project work that delivered over $25,000,000 worth of Seismic Data to our clients. These programs required managing both personnel resources, computing resources, and large-scale field equipment including seismic shooting and recording systems. As a Training Manager, I supported programs that supported an organization that delivered between $50,000,000 and $100,000,000 year over year for over a decade. I managed our content development which supported a variety of roles in both the E&P industry as well as the Power Generation industry over the past two years. I work collaboratively with both my staff, stakeholders, and executives to ensure we are delivering programs that address the needs of the business. I built our training team from scratch by first identifying a team of Subject Matter Experts before hiring personnel that could improve us by filling the gaps in our knowledgebase. As a team, we collaborated to develop a program that fully supported our team by looking at the needs for new hires, experienced new hires, junior and mid-career staff. We developed course content to create project management capable employees both technically and improve their soft skills.
