About Me
Jocelyn Jackson is an accomplished independent consultant with extensive experience in healthcare and education. She has served as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at both Houston Methodist Hospital and Texas Children’s Hospital, where she led transformational initiatives in leadership development, change management, and employee engagement. Prior to her healthcare career, Jocelyn dedicated over fifteen years to education as an assistant principal in Fort Bend I.S.D., playing a pivotal role in opening Jan Schiff Elementary as its first assistant principal.
A native Houstonian and graduate of William P. Clements High School, Jocelyn earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University, followed by a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and Jack & Jill of America, Inc., and served as the Board Secretary for the Cullinan Park Conservancy.
With certifications in Birkman, Hogan, Conflict Dynamics Profile, and Prosci, Jocelyn specializes in leadership development, strategic consulting, and change management. She has led initiatives to reduce at-risk leadership populations by 25% and co-developed high-impact employee engagement programs. Her people-first approach strengthens team dynamics, fosters workforce commitment, and ensures seamless organizational transitions.
Jocelyn and her husband, Kevin Jackson, have been married for over 15 years and are the proud parents of two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys reading, indoor cycling, mentoring, and volunteering in her community.
