With over 30 years of diverse experience spanning education, real estate, hospitality, the not-for-profit sector, insurance, and training & development, Deepak is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources.

Passionate about training & development, he fearlessly stepped out of his comfort zone in 2007, leaving behind a secure job to pursue his true calling.

Deepak holds a postgraduate degree in human resources and is certified as an NLP Practitioner, as well as a world-class speaking & storytelling coach.

Over the past 15 years, he has had the privilege of training and coaching over 30,000+ individuals worldwide, imparting valuable insights on various managerial and behavioral competencies. His participants range from students and young managers to CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, all benefiting from his expertise.

As a co-author of the Amazon #1 bestseller book "Move Mountains - One Story at a Time," Deepak's passion for storytelling shines through. He understands the transformative power of a well-crafted narrative and utilizes it to inspire, motivate, and connect with his audience on a profound level.

In 2019, Deepak embarked on a new chapter in his life by relocating from India to the United States. Within months of his arrival, he achieved remarkable success, winning the International Speech Championship in Houston, Texas, and securing the First Runner-up position in the Evaluation Championship. These accolades stand as a testament to his exceptional oratory skills and his ability to captivate audiences with his compelling presence.
