About Me
I have 40 years of experience in the construction industry. My specialty is mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. I was a commissioned sales person for most of my career. I was one of the founders of a very successful mechanical rep firm and held several management and executive positions during my career.

I was offered the position of Technical Training Manager for EAB in 2023. I trained many engineers during my career but am now leaning about instructional design, LMS implementation and andragogy.

ATD membership provides teaching and assessment skills.
