With more than 25 years in building high performance executive search and staffing teams, Mike Lejeune President of Lighting the Path Training, has a passion for developing tomorrow’s leaders and recruiting teams. Mike served as President of Steverson & Company, one of the top staffing and search firms in Texas specializing in accounting finance, corporate administration, and information technology. As one of the first independent consultants to join the Jill Hickman Companies Authorized Partner Network, he ignites the fire in leaders and recruiters to stretch their horizons to drive performance to new heights.

He has presented keynote, workshop and consulting projects across the US, Canada, and South Africa. His unique interactive style creates programs that address the how-to for building sound engagement techniques and more importantly, challenges the “why” behind approaches and strategies to offer new windows into current day business solutions.

Mike is the host of the podcast series Strategies for Tomorrows Leaders, where he discusses leadership principles with nationally renowned experts. He is the co-author of Equip to Lead, the EXTRAORDINARY Power of Emotional Intelligence and the award-winning book, A Father’s Love-The Generational Bridge That Changes Hearts Forever.
