About Me
Deliberate Changes LLC specializes in collaborative communication skills as a critical leadership competency. We are especially successful helping frustrated (or frustrating) people adopt new habits of interaction that have proven to get the best results from the most sensitive people in the most difficult situations. Our training, coaching, and mentoring programs are supported by evidence-based, long-term reinforcement strategies to ensure learning transfers to the job.

Corinne Chalmers has over 20 years of leadership experience in multiple functions and at various levels of medium and large-sized corporations including information technology, business development, product development, customer accounting, human resources, and learning development. About half that time has been devoted to leading the learning function in facilitation, training, instructional design, talent development, and/or leadership coaching activities.

Corinne is owner and Executive Coach/ Facilitator of Deliberate Changes LLC. She is also an adjunct instructor at University of Texas and past board member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Houston Chapter.

Corinne has a Master’s Degree in Leadership Coaching Psychology, post-graduate education in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Mathematics. She is also a Certified Professional of Learning and Performance (CPLP) through ATD.
