Want to develop productive, creative, fully-engaged leaders and employees? Focus on building relationship and communication skills. Hart Training Connection founder Amy Hart worked as a Training Director and Marketer in the financial services and insurance industries prior to opening her business in 2011. As a speaker, trainer, and consultant, Amy's expertise includes: DiSC in the Workplace (Employees, Managers, Sales, Productive Conflict); Emotional Intelligence; Communicating Across Generations; Presentation Skills; Communications Skills; Conflict Management; Customer Service; and Leadership.

Amy has worked in various industries, including insurance, oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and non-profits. She is currently an award-winning member of Shell's faculty for Leadership Development and is a Past President of the Houston Chapter of ATD.
