Once the guests arrive, they can park in any parking space (parking is open on the weekend) The building is locked, so I will have to let the attendees in. I will wait for them on the first floor then escort them to security for check in and then take them to conference room area.

Please have all guests arrive by 8:45 that way I can get them checked in and the retreat can start on time.
