  • Creating Personal Growth: The conference presentation provides ideas, examples, and a challenge. In the second follow-up session (after the conference) the speaker will debrief their application and provide feedback so all can learn through actual and shared experience.
  • Mentors!: A chance to engage with "mega-mentors" who will lead a session focused on one of the ATD Capabilities.

He is the author of "Learning in the Age of Immediacy: 5 Factors for How We Connect, Communicate and Get Work Done" published by ATD Press.
